Lisa Gildehaus, Senior Director, North American Studio at Nike

When we began the T-Mobile Brand Studio, I pushed to bring Alison Farmer onto the team as soon as possible. She has a highly collaborative approach to creative development and team leadership, and an impressive history of creating humanizing, authentic brand narratives. T-Mobile's advertising at the time was very geared towards plan-switching, sales, and magenta imagery - but lacked that human connection to customers. I knew Alison could build the team to help the brand find those stories and develop that human face. Three years later, she has created a distinct look and feel to the T-Mobile brand. It has forced major competitors to respond, mostly through imitating her creative in order to humanize themselves. I already look forward to the next time our career paths intersect. I will always value Alison's approach to storytelling and team leadership and the value she brings to any creative team.
